10.1.1 Develop resources for circles to understand multicultural leadership and its practices.
10.1.2 Provide content about multicultural leadership to O∆K members on at least a quarterly basis through various O∆K publications (online leadership hub, Leading Today. Leading Tomorrow, and The Circle.)
Recruit and retain diverse members of O∆K.
10.2.1 Provide resources for circles on best practices in recruiting, retaining, and engaging members who represent the five pillars and the diversity of their institution.
10.2.2 Recruit pools of diverse candidates for headquarters staff and as well as the national volunteer corps and circle leadership.
