Annual Report

The 2016-17 Omicron Delta Kappa Circle Annual Report is divided into six (6) sections for a more efficient submission process. Certain fields are required(*). Although the other fields are not required, the information provided by circles is important to the national organization so we encourage circles to complete as much of the annual report as possible.

ODK understands that all potential members must eventually submit the online national application. We would like to know if you use an additional application process (Google form, paper application, etc.) as part of your selection process.
For example, are you moving from late spring to early spring or moving from spring to fall? Are you planning to induct significantly more or fewer members in the coming year? If no changes, write N/A
If so, please include that amount. (Example: Yes, $15)
Please select any areas for which your circle would like assistance from National Headquarters in membership growth.

According to the ODK National Bylaws, a circle should have at least three student executive officer (president, vice president, and treasurer). For 2017-2018, ODK will begin communicating with all three of these positions instead of just the circle advisors and president. Until we have our new data system complete, we need to know who the student president (CEO), vice president (only one if you have more than one), and treasurer for your circle will be starting the academic year 2017-18.
This is not required if the Circle Coordinator or Faculty Advisor serves as the circle treasurer/financial manager.
