Omicron Delta Kappa is transitioning to only accepting online forms. We will continue to accept "hard" and "pdf" versions of our forms until January 1, 2010. If you are a Circle Officer and in need of a pdf version of a form, please contact national headquarters (odknhdq@odk.org). We are encouraging all of our Circle Officers take advantage of our online forms. All forms are now available online. Some are accessible to all visitors (i.e., membership application, and forms found in the "Opportunities" tab), while others are only accessible by Circle Officers (i.e., membership certificate order form, circle award nomination). Also, Circle Officers, can view, print, and approve/reject online membership applications that were submitted to their Circle.

To access the admin section of our website, visit www.odk.org/login. You must enter your email address and password. If you have not yet created a password, click on the link "Forgot your password?" and follow the directions. *If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your SPAM folder.

(Password changes will only be accepted from the email address of the account, for example, if we have faculty@school.edu on file as your email address and your request comes from personalemail@yahoo.com, we will not change your password.)
