Omicron Delta Kappa employs eleven staff members and three interns from Washington & Lee University. The staff members work at the National Headquarters of Omicron Delta Kappa, located in the Historic Train Station in Lexington, Virginia.

The Society has a dozen outstanding volunteers serving on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors provides visionary guidance and sets policy for the Omicron Delta Kappa Society.  Betsy Bugg Holloway is currently serving as President of the Society Board.
