Welcome to the 2010 OΔK National Leadership Summit and Convention Site!

 

This year will mark the 46th Bienneial National Convention and while many of the traditional elements will be included, the schedule is full of new opportunities to learn and grow as leaders of the Society.  The theme of this year's Summit and Convention is "Equipping the Leaders of our Society," and all of the programming will be designed to prepare OΔK's members for their future leadership opportunities.  Programs will include sessions and panels on personal, career, and organizational leadership development as well as workshops and discussion groups on how to be the most effective leaders for your Circle of OΔK.  The goal of this Summit and Convention is for each Circle in attendance to leave with ideas and a plan for how to improve their Circle in the coming year.  Don't miss out on your Circle's opportunity learn from the best of the best in the Society.
