Regional conferences are held during non-convention years. The conferences are organized by regional directors and staff members at national headquarters.

These meetings serve as a way for Circles in a region to learn and discuss various issues concerning the region and the society. Conferences allow officers and members of Circles from specific regions to interact and share ideas.
