The Omicron Delta Kappa Foundation, Inc. was chartered in 1982 as a not-for-profit corporation in the state of Florida, to administer the philanthropic activities of the Omicron Delta Kappa Society, Inc. The Foundation is governed by an unsalaried Board of Trustees including national officers of the Society, thus assuring the Foundation’s continued identification with the purposes and programs of Omicron Delta Kappa.
