About the Circle
Wright State University’s Circle was founded in 2004 and recognizes exemplary student involvement and achievement in the areas of athletics; campus or community service; journalism, speech and the mass media; social and religious activities and campus government; and creative and performing arts. Students who are accepted for membership are tapped once per year during the fall semester, and are inducted during the month of November. Members of the Wright State University Circle are tasked with hosting the annual Leader to Leader Conference.
Programs
The Wright State University Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa plans the annual Leader to Leader Conference as its signature program. The conference is redesigned each year around a new theme that the circle’s members believe resonates with each generation of students. Based on the theme, various speakers are selected from notable Wright State alumni, Wright State faculty, or prominent leaders in the Dayton area. The conference sessions are designed to help student attendees enhance their leadership skills and maximize their success as students and student leaders within this rapidly evolving new world. The Leader to Leader Conference is offered free-of-charge to all Wright State students, faculty, and staff.
