Annual Report Webinar

- Each circle is required to submit a Circle Annual Report as part of Circle Standards. This webinar will guide officers through the process step-by-step. We’ll review the report questions, show you how to submit your report, and discuss how to gather and organize information in advance so your submission is quick and straightforward.
Spring 2026 Circle Officer Webinars
O∆K offers online training opportunities to support circles as they recruit new members, offer programs to their campuses, and engage their members. These webinars are open to circle officers and to any circle members who could benefit from the information, such as those assisting with recruiting efforts or planning circle programs.
Fall 2026 webinars will be announced in late summer via officer emails and on this website.

MyODK Circle Officer Training
OΔK requires that the official officers (Circle Coordinator, Faculty Advisor, Student President, 1 Student Vice President, and Treasurer) complete MyODK Training (live now) and Circle Officer Training (coming soon). When circle officers complete either the Circle Advisor Agreement or Student Officer Agreement, they will receive access information (including a password) via email to access the training.
Officers will not be granted access to the MyODK Circle Executive Dashboard until they have completed MyODK Training. To receive access to the Circle Executive Dashboard, you must complete the Knowledge Check quiz at the end of the training. Once the quiz is complete, our team will begin adding officer permissions to your MyODK account.
If the Alumni Advisor, Circle Assistant, or other officers need access to the Circle Executive Dashboard, they must ensure they have submitted an Officer Agreement and attended training. If you completed your advisor or officer agreement before February 2025 but have yet to complete MyODK Circle Officer Training, please email [email protected] for access instructions.
We encourage all new officers to review the Circle Officer Handbook. The handbook will be a digital companion to the training, which you can refer to throughout your tenure with O∆K.

Circle Officer Training Videos
In addition to the MyODK Officer Training Videos, we are developing short training videos for various MyODK functions. Videos will include “How to Run Reports and Lists”, “How to Use the Member Directory,” “How to Search the Applicant Dashboard,” and “Best Practices for Managing Selection.” If you have suggestions about videos that would be helpful to you as an officer, please send them to MyODK ([email protected]).

Circle Advisor Training Workshop
Omicron Delta Kappa deeply recognizes the contributions of circle advisors to our circles’ health and viability. A key focus of OΔK’s 2022-2024 Strategic Plan was providing more training and support to advisors, as OΔK’s role as a national leadership honor society requires greater dedication and involvement from advisors than other advising roles.
