The Five Phases of Campus Life were identified by the Founders and have been updated throughout the history of Omicron Delta Kappa. Essentially, the Five Phases are a general way to ensure that leaders from a broad cross-section of the campus are included in the membership of a circle. This page provides examples of formal and informal positions that would qualify an individual to be considered for membership. This list is by no means exhaustive. Each campus should consider their own campus culture when recruiting members for O∆K.
