Assistant Director for Membership Services (ADMS)
The Society seeks its newest team member, an Assistant Director for Membership Services (ADMS). The ADMS will serve as a membership development and retention champion for the Society’s more than 300,000 lifetime members and the 250 active circles (chapters).
As a member of the National Headquarters team for the Omicron Delta Kappa Society and Educational Foundation, Inc., the ADMS will work closely with the National Headquarters team, volunteers, circle officers, and student leaders to provide a high-quality experience for our Lifetime members.
O∆K seeks an individual who can leverage data analytics and strategic partnerships to achieve the goals described in the FY 2022-24 Omicron Delta Kappa Strategic Plan.

Administrative Assistant (Part Time-Temporary)
Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Administrative Assistant in our
External Relations area. This is a great opportunity to assist our organization with diverse projects and provide general administrative support while our director for
external relations is on leave.
This is a part-time temporary position based in O∆K’s National Headquarters in Lexington, Va. with schedule flexibility. The position is for approximately 16 weeks of
work, beginning August 1 and concluding no later than November 30, 2023. This position is not eligible for remote work. Depending on the funding and performance, this position may be considered for continued part-time work.
