The 2024-2025 Circle Annual Report will open on April 15, 2025.
The Circle Annual Report is due June 30, 2025.
The OΔK Circle Annual Report (CAR) is an important information-gathering tool for the organization. The data gathered helps the staff and committees better understand the work of our circles as well as provide crucial insight into programs and services needed by the circles.
The Circle Annual Report is conducted through Survey Monkey. The submission link will be posted in April 2025.
Also, please note that circles must complete Signature Programs submissions throughout the year using the Program Report form, not the Annual Report. This will decrease the time and information needed for the Circle Annual Report.
Survey Tips:
- Determine who is responsible for completing the CAR in advance. In the past, we have received competing versions from different officers in the same circle.
- Download the Circle Annual Report 202024-2025 PDF of the survey to gather all the information you will need in advance. (Beginning April 15)
- Divide up the report amongst officers – one officer will submit the report, but all can contribute information.
- Complete the survey on the same device. To use the Exit Link, you must come back to the survey on the same device.
- Complete the survey in parts. Survey Monkey will allow you to save your entries and come back to them at a later time on the same machine by clicking the Exit Link in the top right corner of the page.
Some information in the Circle Annual Report will be used to determine the Circle Recognition Awards. The tag [CS] on items means it is a requirement of the Circle Standards. This item must be answered and must meet the CS in order for circles to qualify for Circle Recognition Awards. If a section is tagged, it means every item in that section is required for CS. NEW IN 2024: All circles are required to upload a copy of their Circle Bylaws.
