About the Circle
Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society, was founded in 1914 at Washington and Lee University. This honor society recognizes students for their scholarship, athletic ability, service to the community as well as their creative ability.
Members of Omicron Delta Kappa at Roanoke College are chosen based on their demonstration of these qualities as well as other acts of leadership on our campus. Together as a circle, we promote the further development of our leadership skills by engaging in community service and organizing events for our campus.
