Circles should use this form to submit the following types of program reports:

• Signature Leadership Program (SLP)
• Signature Service Program (SSP)
• Stone Ethical Leadership Challenge (SELC)
• Leadership Program
• Service Program
• Other Campus Program

Be sure to review the Signature Program Guidelines here. Only programs which are labeled as signature programs, and meet the guidelines, will count toward the programming requirements for Circle Standards. All program report submissions may be used for social media posts, in The Circle magazine, or in resources shared with other circles.
