Annual Report Forms Due

May and June are an important time in the life of the Society. Students graduate and members transition between roles as officers. In order for National Headquarters to stay up-to-date with these changes, we request that one of the officers from each Circle submit, by May 30, their Annual Report. Faculty Circle Officers can now complete the form online. Although this deadline has passed, we encourage you to complete the form as soon as possible.

To access the form you will need to visit the login page: www.odk.org/login and sign in.

Once you login, you can access the form by clicking the link to "go to admin area" then click on "File new annual report." Please  select "2008-09" as the academic year for the form.

In preparation for completing the form, you will need to collect contact information (including email address and mailing address) for the Faculty Secretary, Faculty Adviser, and Student President for next academic year.
