FY 2022-23
Omicron Delta Kappa will continue to support our circles by providing the National Virtual Initiation Ceremony. While circles should still make every effort to plan and host their own online initiation ceremony, OΔK realizes that in some circumstances this is not possible. The National Headquarters will host three (3) online ceremonies in fall 2022 and five (5) ceremonies in spring 2023. To provide an experience as close to the actual ceremony, participation will be limited to 250 initiates for each ceremony.
Registration for the fall ceremonies is now open. Click here.
OΔK will not hold National Virtual Initiation Ceremonies in spring 2023.
- Registration is required, and registration deadlines will be enforced.
- All ceremonies will be held at 7:00 p.m. Eastern time.
- Individuals cannot register for the national ceremony and will not be invited to attend a ceremony unless their circle has registered.
- This should be considered the initiation ceremony for a circle. These ceremonies cannot be used as a makeup ceremony for those who cannot attend an in-person event.
- Circles will not be permitted to register for multiple ceremonies in the same semester.
Featured Speakers: Each ceremony will have a notable OΔK member speak to the attendees. The list of speakers and a brief bio will be posted as they are confirmed.
Fall National Virtual Initiation Ceremony Dates are:
