National Initiation Fee
The National Initiation Fee, a one-time fee payable before initiation, is $94. This fee is the Society’s primary source of revenue and supports everything from leadership development programs to technology, personnel, circle outreach, and publications. Please note, to more specifically describe the nature of this fee, the Board of Trustees voted to change the terminology from a “membership” fee to an “initiation fee.” The initiation fee is paid only at the time of joining OΔK. Other membership and programmatic fees are assessed to support specific programs or member benefits.
Institutional Membership Fee (formerly Affiliation Fee)
As an institutional member of the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society, your institution’s annual fee, known as the Institutional Membership Fee, directly supports the national organization’s programs, services, and administration. The Board of Trustees determines the amount of this fee, which is due by December 15 for circles that initiate in the fall and by May 31 for circles that only initiate in the spring.
