The O∆K Board of Trustees approved changes to the Initiation and Ritual Handbook in June 2025. Circle officers were sent an email with information and links. The new versions are now available for download on the Circle Officers website. Please recycle ALL copies of previous handbooks, so you only use the new version for ceremonies.

Student Advisory Board Circle Delegate Nominations
The Student Advisory Board comprises the three Student Trustees, up to nine At-Large Members, and beginning in 2025, 15-20 Circle Delegates, who are nominated by an active circle and appointed by the Student Vice Chair. Circle Delegates serve an academic-year term from September 2025 to June 2026. Appointments are made on a rolling basis.

Circle Officer Agreements and MyODK Training
Every officer who needs MyODK access must complete a Circle Officer Agreement and complete MyODK Training. Upon submitting the agreement, the officer will receive a confirmation email that includes access instructions for the MyODK Training.
Officers must not share the MyODK Training access codes – each officer must submit the agreement to gain access to the training. Once an officer completes the training and submits their Knowledge Check quiz, our team will begin the process of adding the permissions to their account so they can view the MyODK Circle Executive Dashboard.

The events calendar will highlight O∆K programs, educational webinars, partner opportunities, gatherings, and other member-tailored events designed to enhance engagement. These can only be accessed through the Member Benefits Exclusive Access page, ensuring that your event will be available only to O∆K members. Many circles have already scheduled meetings with Circle Contacts Tim Reed or Jamie Bouldin. If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to schedule these soon. We review the previous year, discuss your plans for the upcoming year, and update you on our programs and services. They only take 30 minutes and are a great value to the Circle and the O∆K staff.
