About the Circle
Originally the Leadership Honorary Circle on the Martin Methodist Campus, the Omicron Delta Kappa circle was chartered May 1, 2014. Striving to recognize those who excel in leadership scholarship; athletics; campus or community service; social or religious activities and campus government; journalism, speech, and the mass media; or creative and performing arts, members of ODK can be seen around campus in a variety of ways. To be eligible, juniors or seniors must be in the top 35% of their class as well as show leadership qualities in their respective fields. Initiation occurs once a year, during the spring semester, and students will be tapped into the society in a public way allowing the entire campus community to recognize the leadership abilities on our campus.
