We’re just days away from the first of ODK’s ten regional drive-in meetings being held across the country. To date, 220 people from 66 Circles have registered to participate at a drive-in of their choice. At Saturday’s drive-in at the University at Albany, we’ll welcome 81 participants from 16 Circles! Next weekend’s drive-in at the University of Richmond already has nearly 60 participants registered to attend.
This marks the start of an expansive and unique leadership development opportunity for our members and our Circles. You can – quite literally – “drive in” and drive out in the same day. No need for overnight accommodations or expensive air travel. The ten regional sites, strategically identified based on both the physical proximity of Circles in the region as well as the willingness of the campus to “host” (at low or no cost) these gatherings, make them easily accessible and affordable (registration is only $15).
In developing the framework for these drive-ins, we sought to provide participants with a high impact, low cost opportunity to network with fellow ODK members, hear about best practices at other Circles, as well as engage in personalized leadership development program thanks to our partnership with Gallup and their StrenthsQuest platform.
It’s not too late to be part of these historic drive-in meetings – register today!
