Meet Cailyn Elizabeth Scharneck (University of South Carolina – Columbia, 2023). Cailyn’s journey is a testament to the power of leadership, both on and off the field. As a student-athlete, her dedication to the track and field team has taught her the importance of perseverance, teamwork, and pushing boundaries. These experiences have not only defined her athletic career but also shaped her leadership style within the O∆K community.
Through her involvement in various organizations, Cailyn has discovered a leadership approach rooted in authenticity and empathy. She seamlessly integrates the values learned on the track with those from her other roles, embodying the true spirit of O∆K.
