CATW Update

We wanted to provide you with an update about the Circle Advisor Training Workshop on January 7-8.

We are not canceling or postponing and continue to move forward with providing you with the necessary skills and connections you need in the new year ahead to be successful and happy in your advising role.  We’ve been working with the hotel to ensure the necessary extra precautions are in place.  We are committed to ensuring a safe and productive training environment.

1. If you have not completed the travel form, please do so immediately. We need to know your plans. https://odk.org/catw-travel/ (PW=catw2022)
2. We are now asking, not requiring, that everyone be tested before you arrive. This is more to add an extra layer of precaution.
3. If you have been exposed or believe you have been exposed, please be tested at least twice after your quarantine period.  The CDC now recommends 5 days of quarantine after the onset of symptoms or known exposure.
4. As a reminder, the hotel will charge you for cancellations not made prior to December 31, 2021, and ODK is not able to reimburse you for any travel expenses if you cancel.
