O∆K offers online training opportunities to support circles as they recruit new members, offer programs to their campuses, and engage their members. These webinars are open to circle officers and to any circle members who could benefit from the information, such as those assisting with recruiting efforts or planning circle programs.

☑️ Planning Spring Initiation Ceremony – Download the new Initiation and Ritual Handbook. Make sure you are using the most recent version.
☑️ Nominate Your Circle Leader of the Year. Know an outstanding circle member? Each circle can nominate one (1) member for this honor each academic year. Submit a nomination form.
☑️ Never Turn Away a Deserving Student
Your circle has two Singer or Key Grants (Gift of Membership) available this academic year. These fee waivers exist so financial barriers never keep outstanding students from joining O∆K. Click here to learn more about making this gift.
☑️ Check the Events Calendar for webinars, partner opportunities, and gatherings.
☑️ Schedule time with your Circle Contact (Tim Reed or Jamie Bouldin) if you haven’t connected yet.

Just wrapped a Signature Leadership Program or Service Project? Submit your report within a week while the details are fresh. You need one of each this year—cross them off your list and move on to bigger things.
