April Reminders
The OΔK Circle Annual Report is now open. Each circle is required to submit the report before June 30, 2026. The Circle Annual Report now requires the submission of Circle Bylaws. If you do not have bylaws, please use the OΔK Circle Bylaws template to create them this spring.
✅Circle Leader of the Year (C-LOY)
Circles are still expected to select a CLOY – a person dedicated to the circle’s leadership and success. The circle then notifies the National Headquarters of its selection. The CLOY recipients will receive a signed certificate suitable for framing, be recognized on the O∆K website, and through social media. We hope to have every circle select a Circle Leader of the Year in 2026. Submission of a C-LOY recipient earns points toward circle recognition. The submission process for 2025-26 closes on May 31, 2026.
👩🏽💼New Officer Update/Changes
Many circles elect new officers in the spring. New officers MUST complete the Circle Officer Agreement and complete MyODK training to receive access to the MyODK Circle Executive Dashboard. Make sure your transition protocols include this step. If you have any student officers who are serving a second term in the same officer role, email [email protected], and we will extend their Circle Executive Dashboard access.
💵 Local Dues Payment
When OΔK collects local dues as part of the national payment, the circle will be paid 30 days after the ceremony. This is to ensure that no refunds or other corrections are made to the certificate order or local dues payments.

Initiation Photos
OΔK National Headquarters would like to feature photos from circle initiations in upcoming publications. If you have high-quality photos from your ceremony, especially if there was a significant honorary member (i.e., president, important alumni), please send them to Amy Newman ([email protected]), Director of Communications. You can also send her links to photo files if that works better.
Annual and Legacy Membership Program
