MyODK Reminders
Omicron Delta Kappa launched MyODK in August. Officers should activate their accounts immediately. Follow the simple steps on the MyODK Activation page or go to my.odk.org. Remember, all OΔK members have an account. You only need to activate it. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Contact myodk@odk.org if you need assistance.
All circle officers who require access to the MyODK Circle Executive Dashboard must complete the Zoom training program. Training is scheduled for 60 minutes and is offered at least twice weekly. Part 1 Training covers MyODK access and profiles, application planning and set-up, application management, and instructions for applicants. Part 2 Training will be offered later in the fall and will be self-paced.
2024 National Leadership Conference
The O∆K 2024 National Leadership Conference brings ideas, experiences, and leaders together. Registration is open.
Registration includes connecting to some of the best leaders in the country and participating in the True Colors© workshop. True Colors© is free to conference attendees but requires an additional registration step to secure your spot. Attendees have access to all conference sessions, opportunities for networking via EventMobi, and access to recorded sessions after the conference.
Registration Fees:
- Lifetime Member – $75
- Collegiate Member – $50
- Volunteer* – $50
*Volunteers include anyone who is actively serving as a circle officer, national committee member, or trustee.

Recruitment Reminders
As your circle starts recruitment, please note the following:
- REMOVE the old application (https://membership.odk.org/audience/prospective_members/membership_application_form) from all emails and documents. All applications are now through the MyODK platform.
- UPDATE your invitation and selection templates. New versions are posted here.
- ORDER or DOWNLOAD your brochures, flyers, and posters today.
- USE the Interactive Circle Recruitment Timeline FY2025
- REVIEW OΔK Ritual script download. NOTE: All OΔK Circles are required to follow the official ritual. Make sure your circle is using the ritual dated 2021. Anything else is not approved and should be discarded.

Gift of Membership
Gifts of Membership are provided by OΔK donors who seek to ensure that individuals who truly seek membership are not hindered by the initiation fee. Donors have provided funding to cover over 200 gifts this year.
Circle advisors can request a Gift of Membership for collegiate members who are Pell-eligible or who have other significant financial constraints. Learn more about the process and new rules associated with the grants. Gifts must be requested before submitting a certificate order to be considered.
2025 Clay and Circle Grant Applications are Open
The 2025 application is now open! The submission deadline is Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
Every year, O∆K provides ten or more grants with an average of $500 to help develop leadership programs on their campuses. To be eligible to apply for a 2025 Clay Grant, circles must have submitted a 2024 Circle Annual Report. Circles that submitted an annual report but are suspended or inactive or did not initiate members last year may apply but will receive additional questions from O∆K National Headquarters before the application is considered. The list of eligible circles is available here.
In addition, two additional diversity, equity, and inclusion grants (up to $750 each) are dedicated to programs that support the leadership development of historically underrepresented and marginalized populations or seek to bring leaders together to address issues of racial and ethnic injustice in their campus community.
