- Bookmark the 2025-26 Dates and Deadlines Calendar for Programs, Scholarships, and Awards.
- Check the Events Calendar for webinars, partner opportunities, and gatherings.
- Schedule time with your Circle Contact (Tim Reed or Jamie Bouldin) if you haven’t connected yet.

MyODK System Updates You Can’t Miss
Certificate Order Secrets
The Certificate Order is the final step before the initiation ceremony. Don’t forget these three (3) crucial rules.

- All honorary, special applications, and Gift of Membership must be complete before you submit. Check the list to see if Honorary and Gift of Membership in all caps are shown next to the name of the recipient.
- There must be fees paid and marked in the Application Management to submit an order
- The order must be submitted no less than seven (7) calendar days before the initiation date. [Nov. 1 for Nov. 8 ceremony]
Secret Weapons in Your Dashboard
Spotted that “Special Application” link on your Circle Executive Dashboard? That’s your tool for honoring exceptional faculty, staff, alumni, or honorary members—even surprise inductees!
