The annual report is a great place to share the exciting things that have happened on your campus over the past year, as well as to provide feedback to OΔK’s Society Board of Directors.   Please remember that all OΔK circles are expected to submit an annual report to OΔK National Headquarters by June 30 of each year.

The 2017-18 Omicron Delta Kappa Circle Annual Report is divided into five (5) sections for a more efficient submission process. Certain fields are required(*).   If you have any questions about the annual report, contact Dr. Tim Reed ([email protected]).

The executive team would include but not be limited to the student president, student vice president, treasurer, circle coordinator and faculty. Only consider meetings during your institution's standard term.
Select the period closest to when your entire circle meets to conduct elections or other business. Do not include special events or program unless they are part of a general membership meeting.
