About the National Leadership Conference
The OΔK National Leadership Conference (NLC) offers members from any stage in their career or life to gain and share in a leadership development experience. Now an annual event, the NLC brings together experienced members of the Society with those early in their journey. The NLC will be completely online in 2021 but we hope to return to a hybrid model in 2022 where we can gather in-person but also take advantage of technology to share the event with members around the world.
If you are interested in serving on the 2022 NLC Planning Team, contact Timothy Reed, vice president for membership and operations ([email protected]). We still need volunteers for the 2021 NLC, Navigating 21st Century Leadership. Learn more about the 2021 conference by clicking here.
Navigating 21st Century Leadership
The 2021 National Leadership Conference will be entirely online. The Planning Team is creating an interactive, yet virtual, experience for all members of OΔK. Sessions targeted at lifetime members will be complemented by keynote speakers and special sessions for collegiate members and circle officers. This truly will be a conference for the whole Society.
