OΔK offers ongoing training opportunities for its officers to support healthy circle operations. Open each menu below to learn more about upcoming training events.
MyODK Circle Officer Training
Self-paced New Circle Officer Training is on hold as we transition to MyODK.
OΔK requires that the official officers (Circle Coordinator, Faculty Advisor, Student President, 1 Student Vice President, and Treasurer) attend one of these live (via Zoom) MyODK Circle Officer Trainings. If the Alumni Advisor, Circle Assistant, or other officers need access to the Circle Executive Dashboard, they must ensure they have submitted an Officer Agreement and attend training.
Sign up for MyODK Training
We encourage all new officers to review the Circle Officer Handbook. The handbook will be a digital companion to the training, which you can refer to throughout your tenure with O∆K.

Circle Officer Webinars
To provide support to our circles as they recruit new members, offer programs to their campuses, and engage their members, O∆K offers occasional online training opportunities for circle officers. These webinars are open to circle officers, as well as any members in a circle who could benefit from the information, such as members who are assisting with recruiting efforts or planning circle programs.
This fall’s circle officer webinars will take place during the Nov. 13-15 National Leadership Conference.
Circle Advisor Training Workshop
Omicron Delta Kappa deeply recognizes circle advisors’ contribution to our circles’ health and viability. A key focus of OΔK’s 2022-2024 Strategic Plan involved providing more training and support to advisors, as OΔK’s role as a national leadership honor society requires more dedication and involvement from advisors compared to other advising roles.
To support this effort, the Society will host the next Circle Advisor Training Workshop on Jan. 10-11, 2025, in Alexandria, VA. Registration is now open.
