2026 Faculty/Staff Trustee Nomination Form

Instructions

Any member of Omicron Delta Kappa is permitted to submit the name of an inducted member who serves as a faculty or staff member to be considered for election to the position of Faculty/Staff Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Omicron Delta Kappa Society and Educational Foundation, Inc. Retired faculty/staff members may be nominated as well. The nominator must complete this form. Please note that many of the fields are required.

The nominated individual will receive an email with instructions on completing the full application.

Nominations and completed applications must be received by 11:59 p.m., January 15, 2025.
