Endowed Circle Grant Criteria

The O∆K Endowed Circle Grants are designed to enhance leadership development on your campus. A circle that has established an Endowed Circle Program Fund must propose a program. The O∆K National Headquarters staff review the application to ensure the program meets the purposes of the grants. A vital part of the O∆K mission is encouraging collaboration among students, faculty, staff, and alums to advance leadership across the five pillars of campus life. Program examples include but are not limited to participation in leadership workshops, attendance at the National Leadership Conference, leadership development programming at the circle level, and campus leadership and service programs.

Funds may not be used for O∆K or other organizational membership fees, to pay another organization or non-profit except for speaker fees.

The program needs to take place in the same calendar year as the request for funds.

Maximum Amounts Allowed Per Year: Auburn University, Omega Circle ($1000) Hampden-Sydney, Lambda Circle ($500) Rollins College, Alpha Iota Circle ($500) University of Richmond, Epsilon Circle ($500) Washington and Lee University, Alpha Circle ($750)
