About the National Leadership Conference

The OΔK National Leadership Conference (NLC) offers collegiate members, as well as lifetime members at any stage in their career, an opportunity to gather and share in a leadership development experience. Now an annual event, the NLC brings together experienced members of the Society with those early in their journey.

2024 Virtual National Leadership Conference
November 13-16, 2024

The 2024 National Leadership Conference will return to a virtual (online) format. The 2024 conference will begin on Wednesday, November 13, and end on Saturday, November 16. The format will break from the traditional format of consecutive, back-to-back sessions over two-plus days. The sessions will be non-sequential, meaning there will be sessions throughout each day, but attendees will not be asked to sit in front of a monitor for more than a few hours. We are also considering hosting “live” meet-up-style events in select cities to close the conference on Saturday, November 16.

The conference website will be live in June, and registration will begin in September 2024. We are currently seeking members to serve on the various planning committees. Contact the National Leadership Conference Planning Team at nlc@odk.org.
