The OΔK National Leadership Conference (NLC) was designed to provide members at any stage of their career with an opportunity to gather and share in a leadership development experience. The NLC was designed to bring together experienced members of the Society with those early in their journey.

Due to funding issues and low attendance at both virtual and in-person conferences, the National Leadership Conference has been placed on permanent hiatus. We are exploring options for a future return of the conference.
