Apply for Membership

Create Your Profile

1. Go to MyODK (https://my.odk.org)
2. Select “My Account,” then “Sign In” from the dropdown or click “Access Your Records.”
3. Select “Register Now!”
4. Enter your email address (this is to verify your unique email). Note: You will receive a verification email. Be sure to check your spam.
5. Complete your registration and set up your profile.

Apply For Membership

1. Visit MyODK (https://my.odk.org) and choose “Sign In.” Once logged in, select “Apply for Membership” on the MyODK homepage. If using a mobile device, “Sign In” will be in the stack.
2. Click “Applicant Dashboard” under “Account Actions.”
3. Click “Start Application” and then select the circle you are applying to. Note: if you are at a college or institution with an active circle, you must apply through that circle. To find out if your campus has an active circle, click here.
4. Complete the application. Note that two email addresses are required: one must be marked as “primary email” and one as “email-school.”
5. Click “submit.”
6. Then, click “proceed to check out.” This step is required. Note there is a $0 fee for applying.
7. Make sure your billing address and email are correct. If they are not, you need to return to your profile and correct them. Once everything is correct, click “submit.” Your Membership Profile Status will be updated to SUBMITTED.
