The 1883 Lexington, Virginia, train station houses the Johnson Center for Leadership and O∆K National Headquarters. This historic and treasured facility will be rededicated in November 2022, and donations to support the current renovation are welcome.
Help O∆K preserve and maintain this important building and celebrate your leadership accomplishments, the work of another member, or your circle. Windows for adoption are available in three sizes (small, medium, and large) and three prices ($1,000, $2,000, and $3,000). In recognition of each adoption, the donor will be able to provide a message containing up to 125 characters (including spaces) that will be included on an etched brass-tone metal plaque and mounted next to the window.
Sample messages might include:
- In memory of Rupert Nelson Latture (Alpha Circle, Washington and Lee University, 1914)
- In honor of Willie L. Banks, 2021-22 Board Chair (University of Georgia, 2002)
- In celebration of the Beta Epsilon Circle at the University of Louisville, founded in 1953
- This window was donated by the Spencer Family – Hugh, Jo, Tara, and Maria
Once you make your gift, a National Headquarters staff member will follow up with you to confirm your specific window (based on first donation, first selection basis) and the wording for your plaque. If you need additional information or would like to adopt a window, email President and Chief Executive Officer Tara S. Singer at tara@odk.org.
