MyODK Update
We added some features over the past month and will continue to add more and improve some features already launched.
- Improved site navigation: We’ve improved the MyODK homepage with added buttons to navigate to the Circle Executive Dashboard, personal profile, events, and member benefits.
- Member Export Reports: Circles can export membership reports. This includes reports on submitted, accepted, approved (including initiated), and rejected applications from your current initiation cycle and those initiated in the past.
- Step-by-Step Instructions: PDF guides for applicants can be downloaded and sent to those applying. The links to download both guides are below.
- MyODK Training: Remember, MyODK training is required for ALL officers who need access to the MYDOK Circle Executive Dashboard. Beginning December 1, 2024, any officer who has not completed MyODK training will have their Circle Executive Dashboard suspended until they complete it. You can sign up here.
Circle Advisors Training Workshop (CATW 2025)
Registration for the Circle Advisors Training Workshop (CATW 2025) is open until Sunday, December 8, 2024. We are accepting a total of 40 advisors, so register soon.

2025 Elections for Student and Faculty/Staff Trustees
The Omicron Delta Kappa Society and Educational Foundation Board of Trustees include three student members and three faculty and staff members. The faculty/staff members are recommended by the Board Nominations Committee and voted upon by the Board of Trustees to serve as faculty/staff trustees. One faculty/staff and one student member are selected each year. The Board of Trustees establishes the timetable for student and faculty/staff trustee selections.
